How long until my order ships?

We aim to ship orders within 3-7 days of purchase. Due to hand customization, all items are made to order and take time. Please note that this does not include preparation time and your order may take longer than 7 days to ship.

If you have an urgent order, please email us at timearcades@gmail.com or DM us on our Instagram and we will try our best to expedite it. The customer is liable for all international duties and extra fees.

Do You Ship Internationally?

(We've paused shipping internationally due to tariff issues. We will announce when we are back shipping internationally, hopefully soon!)

Yes, we ship all over the world. (Most countries. You can verify this at checkout.) Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

International shipping can experience large delays, possibly 4 weeks or more during the holidays.

Note: On all international orders, there could be additional duty charges depending on the country. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping charges.

You may need to pay a Vat tax and we are not responsible for returned orders for unpaid Vat in your country.

Can I send in a personal watch to get customized?

Unfortunately, we are not accepting mail-in customizations at this time.
